Topic permisison

Dear support,

Is any setting can control specific topic can update by specific user?

Just like an announcement topic, thanks.

You can close topics or entire forums. In closed forums, only moderators/administrators are able to create new topics – but normal users can still answer in them. In closed topics, only moderators/administrators are able to answer.
