Can you please try to deactivate all other plugins than Asgaros Forum and Toolbox for Asgaros Forum and switch to a basic theme? You can easily do this by using this plugin:

there seems to be a conflict with https://zionbuilder.io/, I wrote to Zion Support.

a quick feedback, I'm not sure where the issue came from, but with activated jquery migrate it works.
