Registration Issue

Hello everyone,

I just created a new forum site (www.bbcolony.com) and tried to test the registration with my personal email address and it said that I registered ok but I never did receive the complete registration email to my personal nor did I receive an email of a new registration to my business email. Is there an email setting that I need to have checked either in the backend of WordPress or GoDaddy?

Hello jpaul,

the registration logic is completely handled by WordPress. When you dont receive any emails from it the cause could be:

your WordPress is not configured correctly. Please check the settings in the administration area
your webserver is not configured correctly for sending mails. In this case please contact your hosting provider
