Redirect Chains – SEO impact on default settings. "How to remove Mark All Read link"?

When my SEO guy comes back to me he said there’s a huge problem with a link that I cant seem to remove called “MarkAllRead”. How do I remove the link at the bottom of the forums that clear this? I simply don’t want the link there.

Your opinion though, does this really affect SERP?? it is coming up in a red alert on different SEO platforms so I’m guessing they cant all be wrong?
