Problem with Log in and registration

I am giving correct password yet it says wrong password. I have installed peter’s login redirect for redirecting users to forum page. This problem started after using that plug in. I have deleted and deactivated the plugin. still the problem is not solved. What can I do? also how can I redirect users to forum page after login? I can see new registered users from admin panel. but they can not log in

This seems the login-page for a wordpress.com instance and not your own installation. Can you cross-check your sites setup?
