Make forum categories link

Thomas, hello!
I couldn’t understand for a long time that I don’t have enough to quickly see new messages on the forum and promptly respond to them. Understood that the Asgaros forum categories are not links to the latest posts in the category. We have to go into the sub-forums and each view separately.
What can be done. As an example, take my forum on phpbb:
https://mosmasterremont.ru/forum/index.php
The category “СТРОИТЕЛЬНЫЕ И ОТДЕЛОЧНЫЕ РАБОТЫ (Ремонт и Отделка)” is a link that leads to this page:
https://mosmasterremont.ru/forum/viewforum.php?f=7
There is a top subcategory, below are the latest answers in the category. Very convenient to view. It would be nice to do this at Asgaros Forum.

Thank you Thomas! It would be desirable to do this in one of the next updates. Then I can redo my website a little so that it can be better combined with the forum.

I see this is an old thread, but wondering if anything has changed regarding this? My structure really could do with links to the forum categories as they are topics of interest. Is there aw ay to link to the categories yet?
