can you please provide more information about your problem:
- do you have this problem only on your smartphone or all apple devices?
- is it working on non-apple devices?
- what browser are you using?
- did you try other browsers to check?
- what is the exact behavior?
- how do the links look like?
- do you have a link to your forum?

that seems to be ok.
I also checked your site again and realized that the cache-control is not set correctly.
Do you use any plugins for caching or site optimization?

in fact I started working on this website at the end of December and had many problems, I have already been improving many things, but I can not make the forum work on apple devices, try installing the plugin on another website that is without content and if I It worked, do you have any idea what might be happening?

Quote from qualmy91 on January 17, 2021, 6:15 amYou can also use the plugin that I’ve mentioned above for troubleshooting. Just use an apple device login and go to the plugins page. There you will find a link with “troubleshoot” this plugin. You should do this for Asgaros Forum and try if the links are working.
You could also just deactivate all your plugins instead of asgaros forum, but this would also affect your users while the troubleshooting mode only affects you.
If it is really from one of your caching plugins you should exclude the forum page from caching and optimization. That should help you to get rid of your problem.

It did not work, I did the trobleshooting and only activated the forum plugin and elementor and the links do not work, I changed the topic to one of the default ones and I could not see the forum, I do not know if you can help me if I give you my access data because I really don’t know what else to do to fix this without affecting the website.

The cache plugins are not what are affecting the forum because when I started working on the web there were none and they did not work on apple devices either, I installed them later because it worked too hard to update the changes made.

I FOUND THE PROBLEM! was the plugin:
Custom Fonts allows you to add more fonts that extend formatting options in your site.
Version 1.2.6 | By Brainstorm ForceI deactivated it and the web lost the style in texts but the links from my phone and ipad worked 🙂
